In 2017, following the birth of my daughter and my own journey with birth trauma and postpartum depression, I drew on my experience as both a seasoned Psychotherapist and a survivor of a perinatal mood disorder to create Life After Birth® What began as a personal healing process grew into a professional calling—to support others through the emotional, psychological, and relational complexities of early parenthood.
Through my company, I launched process-oriented virtual postpartum support circles designed to help birthing people navigate the transition into parenthood. Today, this work continues to evolve at Life After Birth, where my team and I offer a range of services to support aspiring, expecting, and new parents—including pregnancy and postpartum therapy, virtual counseling sessions, postpartum planning, and immersive community experiences like our process groups and mothers retreats.
